Which measurements do we use?
Field data describes real visits. Lab tests help investigate causes under controlled conditions. We distinguish the two and report sources and test conditions. A high score in one test does not prove that every visitor has the same experience.
Read the fundamentals in our Core Web Vitals guide.
What do LCP, INP and CLS mean for a visitor?
The main content becomes visible.
If the largest image loads late, we investigate when it is discovered, its size and how it is delivered.
Validation
Measure loading again under comparable conditions.
The page responds to interaction.
If a tap feels sluggish, we inspect browser work that delays the next visual response.
Validation
Test the affected interaction and review available field data.
The layout stays in place.
If an image moves the text when it loads, reserving space can fix that particular shift.
Validation
Check loading and page behaviour at different screen sizes.
LCP: when the main content appears
LCP measures when the largest visible content element appears. We investigate server response, image loading and resources that block rendering.
INP: how quickly the page responds
INP describes responsiveness to interactions. We investigate browser work that delays the next visual response when a visitor clicks, taps or types.
CLS: whether the layout shifts
CLS describes unexpected layout shifts. We look for causes such as images without reserved space or late content that moves what the visitor is reading.
How do we implement and check improvements?
We connect the issue to affected templates, components and external services. After changes, we test performance and functionality: forms, navigation, accessibility and measurement must still work. New measurements are compared using documented test conditions.
Performance is part of the customer experience. Fast pages still need relevant content and a clear offer. We do not promise a particular ranking or an identical score on every test.
How is your engagement scoped?
A standalone CWV engagement is priced by quotation. Page templates, analysis, implementation and follow-up checks are defined explicitly, along with access and development responsibilities. A technical SEO audit may be the right starting point if the cause is still unclear.
The work can also be coordinated with technical SEO or a website project.
The SOVRA system coordinates eight areas: audit, technical SEO, topical mapping, content, images and data, internal links, off-page SEO and CRO. Analysis sets priorities, the map assigns pages and measurement guides the next improvement.
Ongoing SEO starts at SEK 25,000/month excl. VAT, with no minimum contract term. Your proposal sets out priorities, work volume and responsibilities. See the complete SEO offer.
