Contact SOVRA Digital by email if you would like to ask a question or exercise a right.
When you send an enquiry
The contact form collects your name, company, email address, phone number and message. Your website and how you found SOVRA Digital are optional. The details are sent to SOVRA Digital’s email and used to answer and follow up your enquiry.
When you book a meeting through the website’s booking form, your name, email address, website, chosen appointment time and any goals you provide are stored in Google Calendar. The information is used to prepare and administer the meeting and send calendar invitations. If a Google Meet link is created, it is included in the booking.
Processing is based on SOVRA Digital’s legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and communicating with those who contact SOVRA Digital. Do not submit sensitive personal data or passwords through the form.
An enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is retained for no more than twelve months after the latest substantive contact, unless a specific legal need requires longer retention. Information that becomes part of a client agreement is handled according to the purposes and requirements of that engagement.
Technical operation and email
Vercel is used to host the website and Resend to deliver form messages by email. These providers may process technical information needed for transmission, security and troubleshooting. Received messages are also processed in SOVRA Digital’s email environment.
Access to contact details is limited to those who need to handle the matter. SOVRA Digital does not send message text, names, email addresses or phone numbers to the analytics tools.
Optional analytics with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics is used after your consent to track page use and selected events, such as a successful form submission. Information may include the page URL, technical device details and a pseudonymous identifier.
Detailed user and event data in SOVRA Digital’s GA4 configuration is retained for two months. Aggregated reports are not subject to the same retention setting.
Microsoft Clarity
Clarity is used after a separate choice for behavioural analytics, such as clicks, scrolling and replays of a visit’s interactions. Contact form content should not be included in these replays.
Microsoft states that recordings are normally retained for 30 days, while favourites and randomly selected examples may be retained for up to nine months. Microsoft may also process information under its own privacy terms. Read Clarity’s information and Microsoft’s privacy statement.
Choose and change cookie settings
Optional analytics tools load only after an active choice. You can decline and still use the website and contact form. You can open the settings and withdraw consent at any time.
The settings show each tool, the purposes of its cookies and retention periods. A necessary local preference is used to remember which categories you have allowed.

Your browser may limit retention periods further. Cookie lifetime is not the same as the provider’s retention period for collected analytics data. Also read Microsoft’s information about Clarity cookies and third parties.
Withdrawing consent stops further optional collection. It does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.
Recipients and processing outside the EU/EEA
Contact and analytics data may be processed by the providers listed above. Some providers’ processing may take place outside the EU/EEA. Such processing requires an applicable transfer mechanism and relevant safeguards.
You can contact SOVRA Digital for information about the current transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards that apply to the processing of your data.
Your rights
You can request information about and access to your personal data, as well as rectification, erasure or restriction where the conditions are met. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent you have given. The right to data portability applies in the situations covered by the rules.
Contact info@sovradigital.se. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
