Privacy policy and cookiesAn engagement with SOVRA Digital is defined in a written quotation or agreement. It sets out deliverables, price, contract duration and responsibilities. This page summarises the starting terms of the services and does not replace the individual agreement.
The quotation needs to state what is included, what the client supplies and how content, design and delivery are approved. Specific functions, integrations and additions must be included in the scope.
Changes to scope need to be agreed before additional work begins. Contact through the form is an enquiry and does not in itself constitute an order.
Ongoing SEO starts at SEK 25,000/month excluding VAT. Scope, contract duration, start date, payment and termination are specified in the quotation and agreement. Read about the scope of SEO work.
SEO and AI search are coordinated within agreed capacity. An entirely new website is not automatically included. The scope and cost of off-page work need to be stated explicitly.
Local SEO and work on an existing Google Business Profile are coordinated within SOVRA-Systemet when they fit the engagement’s goals and agreed capacity. Any initial profile and measurement setup is agreed separately.
A website project starts at SEK 44,500 excluding VAT for 5–10 pages. Two revision rounds are included. Domain and hosting costs are paid separately.
Payment is 50 per cent after approval of the quotation, before work begins, and 50 per cent after approval of the deliverable. The timetable and any specific functions are stated in the quotation. CMS, hosting and operation, maintenance and handover need to be specified.
A website project does not require an ongoing SEO agreement.
Local SEO is part of SOVRA-Systemet from SEK 25,000/month excluding VAT. Ongoing work, capacity and geographical scope are set out in the quotation.
Partner is quoted as a project or reserved capacity. Responsibilities, communication and deliverables are defined for the engagement.
Initial Google Ads analysis and setup, as well as ongoing management, are quoted according to scope. The media budget is separate. Landing pages, creative assets, tracking and integrations are specified explicitly when included.
Standalone SEO consulting and separate CRO or UX/UI engagements are each scoped individually. They do not automatically constitute a Partner role or mean that the work is included in another SEO or website engagement.
An engagement can specify concrete deliverables and verification points. Search engine rankings, external AI services’ source choices and a particular number of future sales are not guaranteed by a general statement on this website.
Results are tracked using agreed data sources and boundaries.
Termination, payment deadlines, rights, confidentiality and other specific contractual matters are governed by the individual agreement. Contact SOVRA before placing an order if anything is unclear.
