Local SEO. From search to enquiry.

SOVRA Digital connects your Google Business Profile, local service pages and the path to an enquiry. The work is part of our eight-part SEO system, from SEK 25,000/month excl. VAT.

How can local SEO bring more customer enquiries?

We connect the search, business profile and website so customers can understand your offer and get in touch. The work starts with the services you sell and where you meet your customers.

Google Maps and your website’s organic results offer two routes to the same business. A customer can call from the profile or read a service page before making an enquiry.

From a local search to the next enquiry

Customers need to find you, understand your offer and take the next step. We work across that whole journey.

Find you when the need arises

A dentist near work or a painter in Malmö. We connect relevant services and areas to your profile in Google Maps and the right page on your website.

Understand and compare your offer

Clear services, business images and genuine reviews help customers assess whether you are right for the job.

Get in touch without unnecessary steps

Current opening hours, directions and simple contact routes make it easier to call, book or request a quote.

Organic clicks have no per-click charge. Visibility requires ongoing work; advertising can complement it. Read our guide to local SEO in Sweden.

Which local SEO problems does SOVRA Digital help solve?

We investigate what prevents customers from finding, understanding or contacting your business. You receive a prioritised action plan followed by implementation within the agreed SEO scope.

Why are we missing from Google Maps?

It may relate to profile status, incorrect details or how well the business matches the search and location. We check verification, categories, address or service area, and the connection to your website. We then prioritise gaps that can be addressed. Google determines which businesses appear and their order.

Why does a competitor appear ahead of us?

Local results depend partly on relevance, distance and how well known a business is. We compare profiles, pages, reviews and relevant references to identify improvements. The distance to the searcher cannot be optimised away.

What if our business details differ across websites?

We map names, addresses, phone numbers and links in relevant directories and industry sources. We correct records where access allows and request other changes from the respective publishers.

How can we get more genuine customer reviews?

We establish a simple process using a review link or QR code after a completed service. Requests invite honest experiences without incentives or selecting only happy customers. We also help you respond to reviews.

How can we reach customers in several areas?

We connect real service areas with relevant service pages and check which locations qualify for their own profiles. A new profile is created only where the business meets Google’s requirements, not for every target town.

What if our local visibility has dropped?

We compare search data and profile status with earlier periods and check changes to the website, business information and competition. The findings determine the action plan.

How do we know whether the work supports sales?

We track Google Business Profile and Google Search Console data alongside reliably measured enquiries. A click on Call is a contact indicator, not a confirmed phone conversation. Won business is tracked separately using your business records.

Google explains the underlying factors in its guidance on local visibility.

What do you receive through local SEO?

One work plan for your Business Profile, website and measurement. You work directly with the founder on priorities and implementation.

  • Business Profile and local listings. We review profile status, categories, services, opening hours, images and posts. We correct errors in relevant directory and industry listings where access allows.
  • Keyword research and local pages. Customer questions, services and areas guide the pages we create or improve. The work covers content, headings, page titles, metadata and internal links.
  • Technical work and business images. We address technical obstacles within the agreed responsibilities and use relevant images, customer references and structured data where appropriate.
  • Reviews, contact routes and reporting. You receive a process for honest reviews, reviewed forms and booking routes, and a review of delivered work, available data and the next priorities.

The proposal defines workload, profiles, websites, areas and languages. Here is how the work connects across the system’s eight areas:

How does local SEO fit into our eight-part system?

The same SEO system connects analysis, content, technical work and conversion. For local businesses, it focuses on the services, places and contact routes that matter to sales.

  1. Audit.

We review the business, local search demand, competitors and Business Profile. You receive a documented baseline and priority actions.

    • Business & goals
    • Search data
    • Content gaps
    • Technical barriers
  2. Technical SEO.

We check indexing, technical obstacles and relevant structured data. The profile, website and measurement are connected where access and available features allow.

    • Page responsibilities
    • Indexing
    • URL structure
    • Structured data
  3. Topical map.

Local keyword research connects services, areas and customer questions to the right pages. The map identifies what to create, improve or consolidate.

    • Customer questions
    • Search intent
    • Service pages
    • In-depth content
  4. Content.

We create and optimise priority service and location pages: content, headings, page titles and metadata with a clear offer.

    • Content briefs
    • Clear answers
    • Title & metadata
    • Facts & conditions
  5. Images & data.

Business images, completed projects and clear information formats make the service tangible on the website and Business Profile.

    • Explanatory images
    • Diagrams
    • Tables
    • Image descriptions & alt text
  6. Internal linking.

We connect services, relevant areas, guides and case studies so customers can find useful detail and the next step.

    • Descriptive link text
    • Relevant source passage
    • Clear link destinations
    • Link checks
  7. Off-page.

We audit and add relevant business citations, correct details and develop processes for authentic reviews and external references.

    • Relevant sources
    • External references
    • Publication format
    • Documentation
  8. CRO.

We improve the route to calls, bookings or quote requests and track reliably measured enquiries. The findings guide the next priorities.

    • Clear next step
    • Form checks
    • Action measurement
    • Measurement

    Larger activities are agreed separately.

All eight areas are coordinated throughout the engagement. Analysis sets priorities, the topical map guides the pages, and measurement informs the next improvement. Volume and responsibilities reflect your starting point and agreed capacity.

Local SEO is an application of the SOVRA system for SEO and AI search, from SEK 25,000/month excl. VAT. The same system can coordinate local, regional, national and international needs.

NLL Måleri: from a first website to local projects

NLL Måleri had no website. SOVRA built its first site and connected local content, Google Business Profile and clear routes to requesting a quote.

  • 3,100 organic clicks. Google Search Console over the preceding twelve months, reported by the project owner on 20 October 2026.
  • Over SEK 400,000 in local projects won. Local painting projects won through organic enquiries. These are reported separately from potential tender contracts. Reported by the project owner on 20 October 2026.
  • Over SEK 15,100,900 in tender enquiries. Enquiries for projects in Skåne from a major buyer. The value relates to potential contracts, not won business. Reported by the project owner on 25 October 2026.

See the work, measurement period and supporting context in the NLL Måleri case study. These results relate to that engagement.

Scope and terms

What we define in the proposal

Locations and profiles, languages, markets, content capacity and technical responsibilities are agreed before work starts. A new website, major integrations, external tools and paid media costs are priced separately. The same work is not charged twice.

If you need a new website, we begin by defining its content and development scope.

Questions before we start

Is local SEO a separate SEO package?

Local SEO is the local focus of our SEO system. Google Business Profile, your website, content and conversion work are coordinated within one engagement. The proposal defines the scope and who implements each part.

Can you help if we do not have a Google Business Profile?

Yes. We review your business, existing accounts and measurement, then define the work in the proposal. For businesses that meet customers in person, we can help create the profile and complete verification. Google determines how the profile is verified and approved. You retain ownership of your accounts.

Can you help us across several areas or markets?

Yes. Local profiles and pages can form part of regional, national or international SEO. Additional locations and languages affect scope. Profiles and location pages should reflect the business’s real presence and services.

What do you need from us before work starts?

We need to know which services you offer, where you operate and who can approve business details and content. We then review access to your website, Google Business Profile and measurement setup. You retain ownership of your accounts.

When can the work start producing results?

Progress depends on the starting point, competition and implementation. We track changes against a documented baseline and distinguish search visibility from enquiries and sales. Google determines profile verification and approval; we cannot promise a particular ranking or time to results.
