What needs to be in place for AI search?
Pages need to be accessible, answer relevant questions and support their claims. Services, prices and company details should be consistent. We start with your existing content and the technical foundations that make it available.
Can you serve us in several locations?
The question concerns the business’s reach, not simply mentioning more place names.
Customer need
Understand where the service is available and which conditions apply.
The answer must be verifiable.
The page needs actual service areas, available services and relevant contact details.
Check
Profile information and website information should agree.
Answer clearly on the appropriate page.
Describe where you actually operate and what the customer needs to do to request a quote.
Boundary
A useful answer does not guarantee that an AI service will cite it.
Google states that established SEO practices also apply to its AI search features. A separate AI version of the website is therefore not a general requirement.
What do we actually deliver?
- Prioritized customer questions and a defined page responsible for each answer.
- Answers with relevant conditions, examples and sources where the claim needs them.
- Consistent information about the offer, business and people.
- Checks on access, rendered content and structured data that matches the page.
- Records of the queries and AI environments actually checked.
Page purposes are defined through semantic SEO, while access is reviewed through technical SEO.
How do SEO, AEO and GEO fit together?
SEO is the foundation. AEO focuses on clear, verifiable answers. GEO describes work on visibility in generative search environments. These needs overlap and are coordinated in our system, so the same content work does not become three separate projects.
See how answers are developed through our AEO work.
What can we show in the review?
We distinguish completed work from observed visibility. When an AI answer references you, we record the query, service, date and source. One response is an observation, not a permanent ranking.
We also review available search data and reliably measured enquiries. Completed changes, observed mentions and business results are reported separately.
What do we mean by AI optimization?
This engagement concerns website content and visibility in search with AI answers. It does not describe general model development or business-wide automation. Questions, pages and search environments are defined before work starts.
For a concrete content example, see how we approach AEO.
How does AI search fit into the SEO system?
The SOVRA system coordinates eight areas: audit, technical SEO, topical mapping, content, images and data, internal links, off-page SEO and CRO. Analysis sets priorities, the map assigns pages and measurement guides the next improvement.
AI and local search are addressed where relevant to the engagement. We can improve the underlying content and technical foundations, but cannot promise that a search service will cite or recommend you.
Ongoing SEO starts at SEK 25,000/month excl. VAT, with no minimum contract term. Your proposal sets out priorities, work volume and responsibilities. See the complete SEO offer.
What scope do we agree?
The proposal defines pages, questions, search environments and implementation capacity. More markets, languages and major website changes are assessed separately. The same work does not attract another fee simply because it also falls under AEO or GEO.
