When does your structure need attention?
A large amount of text can still leave important questions unanswered. Several pages may overlap while a useful guide has no route to the relevant service. We start with your business and the customer’s decision, then compare page purposes with search data and results.
What do you receive to guide the work?
- A topical map connecting services, customer questions and guides.
- Decisions on which pages to keep, improve, create or assess for consolidation.
- Page briefs defining purpose, headings, answers, supporting facts and boundaries.
- An internal linking plan with a source page, destination and a reason for the reader to continue.
Read how related pages can connect in the guide to the hub-and-spoke model.
Does the question need a page or a section?
It depends on the customer’s task. A service page helps them choose a provider; a pricing guide explains cost factors; a pricing section presents your own terms. Similar words do not always mean the same need, and every keyword variation does not require its own URL.
What does the customer need to know?
The customer wants to know what a business website costs and what affects the price.
Need
Understand cost factors before comparing providers.
The answer has a defined purpose.
The pricing guide explains the factors. The service page shows deliverables. The pricing section presents the terms.
Boundary
Three distinct purposes without repeating the same sales copy.
The next step follows the question.
When the reader wants to compare a specific offer, a descriptive link leads from the guide to that offer.
Anchor text

How does the map become useful content?
The map becomes a work plan for each page’s answers, evidence and next step. Conditions sit close to the price or claim they qualify. We coordinate content production with technical SEO so pages can be reached and used.
Links should lead the reader to a relevant next answer. Read our guide to on-page SEO and internal links.
How does semantic SEO fit into the engagement?
The SOVRA system coordinates eight areas: audit, technical SEO, topical mapping, content, images and data, internal links, off-page SEO and CRO. Analysis sets priorities, the map assigns pages and measurement guides the next improvement.
Ongoing SEO starts at SEK 25,000/month excl. VAT, with no minimum contract term. Your proposal sets out priorities, work volume and responsibilities. See the complete SEO offer.
The topical map sets the direction. Page volume, languages, production and technical implementation follow the agreed capacity. Read about pricing, scope and responsibilities.
When is programmatic SEO appropriate?
Shared templates can help when many pages need the same structure but have their own useful information. Each page needs a real user purpose, relevant data and editorial review. A large number of location or keyword variations is not a useful outcome on its own.
The topical map comes first. Larger data models, integrations and production volumes are scoped separately in the proposal.
